Umm... what are you doing here? ... with your suitcases?

— Amy Duncan

Amy is really annoyed at Bob's mother when she comes for a visit.

Episode Summary[]

Bob's mother Linda comes to visit, causing grief for Amy, as she can't stand her. Amy asks Teddy to help keep Linda away from her so Teddy ends up doing extreme couponing, getting a Linda makeover and inviting Linda to her 10-month anniversary dinner with Spencer.

Mrs. Dabney brings over a box of old toys, which includes an old note about possible buried treasure in her backyard. The note turns out to be written by Mrs. Dabney, who has tricked the boys into digging a hole in her backyard to fit a new hot tub. The boys, however, get back at her by dying the water. After getting her skin dyed from the boys' prank, Mrs. Dabney goes over to the Duncan home to confront PJ and Gabe as Bob's answers the door. Mrs. Dabney asked Bob if she can speak to the boys. Although he found it funny that Mrs. Dabney was green, he gets upset when he finds out that PJ and Gabe were responsible for putting food coloring in her hot tub. Bob then called PJ and Gabe as he tells them that they have a visitor.

Memorable Quotes[]

Bob: Mom, you're the best! Linda: Oh thank you, honey. You look wonderful. And Amy, you're still wearing that same outfit. I never get tired of seeing it.
Charlie: I like presents.

Linda: I remembered that. Wanna look inside the bag?
Gabe: I like cash.

Linda: I'm on a fixed income.
Teddy: Uh-oh! Looks like cutest boy baby just had a spit up.

Amy: Where's my "up" man?
PJ: What's an "up" man?
Amy: You know. He takes care of the ups: spit up, clean up, throw up.
Gabe: I'm here. (hands Amy a cloth) Why do I have to the "up" man?
Amy: Uh, (to Bob) why are we punishing him again?
Bob: C-'Cause he's Gabe! We know he did something!
Gabe: Yeah, probably!

All: Yeah!
Teddy: Oh no, she's going home! Platypii!

Spencer: What?!

Teddy: Platypii, PLATYPII!
Linda: Aren't you loving the new setup?

Amy: Uh huh
Linda: Takes all the negative energy and pushes it right through the door.
Amy: Not all of it.
Linda: We'll be Feng Shui-ing the kitchen tomorrow
Amy: No no. Nothing's wrong with the kitchen.

Linda: You're right. Can't blame the kitchen for what goes on in there.
PJ: You know, this would go a lot faster if you'd help me dig.

Gabe: PJ, in every partnership there's labor and there's management.
PJ: Why am I labour?!

Gabe: Because I'm management.
Gabe: Don't rush me, I'm not 12 anymore!
Theresa: (handing out menus) And for you ladies: the Senior menu.

Teddy: Could I have a regular menu? I'm only 17.

Theresa: What a great attitude!
