It's Halloween in Denver and when Charlie gets scared by a teenager, Teddy decides to give him a taste of his own medicine. Meanwhile, Gabe agrees to protect Mrs. Dabney's house from teenagers, but when her house gets trashed, Gabe has to do what ever she says. Also PJ becomes a goth because of his new girlfriend, Zoe. Bob and Amy pretend to be each other for Halloween.
